Wishing on a gray feather...

Two lab experiments, Ama and Bon, escape from their captors in order to reach Paradise, a land high above. But, what is their connection to the monsters that pursue them? This is a story that takes place in a world inhabited by those with wings.

This is a visual novel developed in Ren'py made to look like a long lost 1997 Sega Saturn video game, complete with purposely low-res graphics, FMVs, and audio. Included with the game is a .pdf manual with game information. There are 4 endings and a gallery with CGs, concept art, and character profiles that fills out upon reaching these endings.

Cast:

Ama
Feathered Wing
A soft-spoken man with grey wings. The subject of much research by doctors in the heart of Lost Cradle's metropolis, he can hardly remember life before his health woes.

Bon
Jagged Wing
A feisty Jagged Wing larva who is helping Ama escape
Lost Cradle. Despite his appearance, he possesses keen know-how in many situations.

Enn
Feathered Wing
Top-level doctor at the largest medical facility in Lost Cradle. A man who obsesses over his work until perfection. His calm demeanor is often at odds with his work ethic.

Ran & Koi
Feathered Wings

Two guards hired to keep watch over the research facilities. Koi (pink hair) is impatient and easily riled, but Ran (green hair) is more reserved and calm. How they got this far with their jobs is anyone's guess.

Ama and Bon will encounter more characters as they make their way past many dangers...

Install instructions

Game is an .exe (Windows/Linux) and an .app (Mac).

For Windows users: Unzip contents into a folder of your choice and run the .exe to play. If you wish to view the included .pdf manual, you will need a program like Adobe Acrobat to view it.

(Note: Game not tested with a Mac due to developing within a Windows environment, but Ren'py should have exported everything to an .app just fine.)
